Shipping and Processing Policy

I generally do my shipments once per week at the end of the week. Finalized shipments will be in the mail within 5 business days after the order is placed. You will receive an email with shipment details when I create the label.

If an item is out of stock after you placed an order, I will send you an email directly with a timeframe of when the item should be ready to ship (Generally a week or two). Always feel free to reach out with questions in the meantime!

If at ANY point in time you wish to cancel an order before the shipment is mailed, I can do so with a full refund.

Note: Buyer will be responsible for any and all additional charges in regards to export such as tariffs and additional taxes.

Return Policy

We know some things aren't always meant to be. If you had a problem with your order and would like to return a gently used or uninstalled item, please fill out the contact form below with your order number and contact info.

  • I'll generally accept a return if all components are present, undamaged, and not heavily used. Unused items have no limit for return as long as I still sell it. Used items have a limit of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of shipment delivery.
  • The Purchaser (You) will pay for the cost of shipping the items back to me.
  • Refund for the full list price of the item will be provided to the original payment method within 48hrs of FCK headquarters receiving return item. If I forget send me an email and I'll yell at myself for forgetting!

Partial Replacements

I can upon request replace a single item or piece of hardware from a kit. Pricing will be custom based on the missing piece, but you will not have to purchase an entirely new kit.

IE: You lose a single mudguard to an autocross cone or damage hardware during install.
